Hello, I bought a large amount of reptiworms almost a month ago. I threw what I thought were dead away and some time later I had soldier flies buzzing around my house. Its not a complete infestation so im not all that worried they rarely fly around me and they have no compost to lay eggs in. They are starting to slow down to the point I can just reach out and grab them out of the sky unharmed only to put them in my chameleon cages. Then an idea popped in my head. Is it a good idea to buy a small batch of the larvae and let them turn into flies in the cham cages. Both of mine eat them on sight, even my Jackson who will eat only on his terms. If that's a good idea I might do that once every 2 or 3 months as a treat since I tend to feed them other things.
