So, who takes care of your chams while on vacation?

My brother takes care of my cham, two geckos and a dog, when we go on vacation.

I have a petsitter/housesitter for when I'm out of town.

My mom takes care of my other critters, but I'm guessing there's no way she'll be touching crickets, mealworms, or anything else my chameleon eats.

Guess I'll be looking for a pet sitter but usually I'm a homebody anyhow.

So far I've either had roommates or good friends who could come by. But now I'm going to be living alone, so we'll see who I find in the months to come. Probably just another friend. Especially with a misting system, with adult chameleons all you need is for someone to come by every 2 days, fill the water resevoir and feed them, so not usually too tricky.

We're going to Big Bear this weekend and taking the babies with us.

VACATION??? What is that? lol. When we do go away to a show, or for the weekend, our adult daughter who has been thoroughly educated on their care, will come in and feed and water the animals. Newborns usually travel to the show with us and are cared for by us..Too worried about the little guys.
