Lately ive noticed little gnats flying around the lights in my baby chams reptibreeze enclosure. It's a 2ftx2ftx4ft. What might be causing them? There are now some around my room. Not an excessive amount though. I do have a live plant in the center of the enclosure. How might I get rid of them? And are they harmful?

They are probably fungus gnats hatching out in the plant's soil. They are not harmful, more of a nuisance and a clue that your potting soil is staying really wet. The only real way to get rid of them is to repot your plants with fresh soil and pitch the old stuff.
