Notice his head leaning on the glass on the end of a vine

I went round the other side to take a quick snap from there and he had his eye open on that side so flicked light off and left him too continue dreaming about waxworms.
Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

that looks like he is in a fish tank!! he is a nice low trans too if you did not already know! if that is a fish tank i recommend you buy him a screen enclosure minimum 18x18x36. the tanks are no good for air exchange and they get very stagnant also too hot and humid. sorry if im wrong because it could be an exo terra which i have great success with my babies beinghoused in them but as adults i dont like them at all! jmo

how long have you had your veiled in that type of set up? It looks like a fish tank, which is not appropriate and also there looks as if you have no vines and branches for walkways.

lots!!! more foliage needed for sure! he will find a more secure place to sleep with more places to hide and yes carol is correct pathways for him to travel around his enclosure are important aswell!

Do u know what u ppl need to jus get a grip soon as post some pics use criticise me.
Yes it's in a fish tank with no vines no plants no lights and no water supply.
Do u think I don't know how to care for my chameleon.
Yes I know it's a translucent veiled.
Look at my other threads am not even explaining my enclosure to you jumping to conclusion people.
My pics are to show him sleeping not asking for help with enclosure or anything like that.
I know you ppl are only looking out for chams but good god you guys need to chill.
As I said am not asking for help

There plenty of walk ways and foliage.
Check what you guys are saying is right before you start giving me a hard time.
I have many posts with my enclosure. Jus woke speedy up so hope you freaks are happy

you are wrong. That is not a fish tank. That is a terrarium which has ventilation on the bottom which is a good thing. Yes, we tend to freak when we see chameleons in fish tanks that are either being baked alive or dying from respiratory infections. When you have been on here long enough, you tend to jump the chameleons rescue when you see it improperly cared for. Your set up looks very nice. You don't need to get such an attitude either!

Well before you jump to conclusions check before u start making statements on the Internet for everyone to see.
Am sick of ppl that do this they think then speak before they know the facts.
That's y got a attitude my post was just a little post to show him sleeping not asking for any input about care or housing of chameleons.

well you are right, but with the pictures you posted it looked a lot different from the first one. And what are we supposed to check? There are MANY people who come on here posting pictures of horrible set ups and do not even realize there is anything wrong until we point it out. They were not coming here asking for help but to post a picture just as you were. Stick around here for a few years, and you will see what I am talking about.

Armando you go away am not asking for help u freak read the post properly, so why you telling me to fill in things.

And carol yes ppl do come on here with bad set ups but I would appreciate ppl not posting on my threads when they dnt know the facts about my set up and trying to tell me something I already know.
Before anyone try's to give someone a hard time they should check what there talking about is right.
I have kept reptiles for years and do not like being treated this way.
All you ppl who have posted on my thread need to get a grip and stop trying to tell ppl stuff when they don't ask for it.
Fair enough if am asking for help but am not

lol bro chill, it is no uncommon the people freak out here, I see alot of people putting yemens together, panther together and playing with their chams, I even saw a guy putting his jacksonii on top his yemen one time, yeah.. that is gona end wel...

for somereason people think their chams are cats or some sh*t like that, that you can go and pick around and play with it.

but anyway I could almost tell by your first pic that it was in a exoterra, those are good for chams as far as I am concern

Lol i did not mean you were doing anything wrong at all i qas just pointing out that. If by chance it was a fish tank with only what we saw in the pics inside. It was going to need some changes lmao i noticed the lack of silicon in the corner of the exo terra and figured thats what it was. He looks great too starting tocolour up nicely. I like the low trans a little more then high trans myself! I dont think carol meant come across the way she did either. It is hard to tell someones tone of thier voice from text! We have seen so..... Many posts with fish tank setups its hard not to ask when we see glass. anyway nice little setup you got goin. Exo terra have been used successful by lots of people i like them for babies some places im sure they would be better then screen depending on environment!

Haha am chilled "leedragon" haha
I know what u mean bout some ppl they don't have a clue how to look after reptiles.

And it easy to tell people's tone by texts because they write things which aren't true. If I was going to start to tell someone how to change their set up I would make sure that am right in what am saying and the enclosure is in need of changes. I've been using reptile forums for 10 years so know what ppl r like but would appreciate use checking what use are saying is correct

Jish... it will be very helpful if you fill in this...

https://www.chameleonforums.com/how-ask-help-66/

go to that link... copy all the questions and post them in here and fill them...
That way it will be much easier for a forum member to help you out :)
I don't know if this is being sarcastic, to get your goat or what. Especially AFTER the fact you stated you are NOT seeking help.
Read all the way through a thread, before making yourself an ass. I see it done A LOT.:D

I know aren't people jokes. They live putting the money's worth in even though they aren't right in what they are saying.
Wouldn't mind if it was my first thread and picture but i have many threads and pics of my set up.
Anyway u guys like my pic of sleeping Cham haha for that the original reason for thread ha

It is not a bad thing to tell somebody something they already know because they might not know that you know it. Even if you do already know it, there is no harm in backing that information up with knowledge from other experienced keepers.

Before anyone try's to give someone a hard time they should check what there talking about is right.

They weren't trying to give you a "hard time" they simply saw a potential problem and were trying to correct it for the benefit of your cham. It is not completely necessary for them to go and check your other threads and even if you think it is, it's nothing to get upset about.

I have kept reptiles for years and do not like being treated this way.
All you ppl who have posted on my thread need to get a grip and stop trying to tell ppl stuff when they don't ask for it.

It's great that you have experience with keeping reptiles but not everybody does. These people were aware that you weren't asking for help, but help is often something that does not need asking for. They were only doing what was right for your chameleons sake. I'm not saying that you were doing anything wrong as far as husbandry goes, but if there are any potential problems, they should be addressed as early on as possible. This just went further than it needed to go. A simple link to your previous thread would have proved sufficient. ;)

Thanks for sharing those photos, they were funny.
