So I have no idea if there is anything wrong with my female panther chameleon she's sleeping alot during the day and she's very dark almost black we'll sleeping but if I wake her up or touch her she turns her normal healthy looking colors she's eating fine and pooping fine she doesn't look sick but she's sleeping during the day all different hours I don't understand why

She could be sleeping for a bunch of reasons. Most of them are related to something being wrong. I would fill out the https://www.chameleonforums.com/how-ask-help-66/ as that will give us some more insight to possible causes.

Could you post some pictures of your setup as well as some of her too.

When you say tomato worms, did you get them from outside off the tomato plants or did you order actual hornworms raised for feeding reptiles?

Your care looks to be fine. I would recommend getting a tube uvb bulb over the compact one.

She is indeed a female mad looks older than 6 months, at least a few months old. I would make sure you have a laying bin in her cage at all time from today on. She could develop eggs at this stage in her life.

I would check out Jann's Blog https://www.chameleonforums.com/blogs/jannb/345-egg-laying-laying-bin.html
And Dez's Video https://www.chameleonforums.com/laying-bin-set-up-educational-video-77225/

Also, could you take some more pictures of her. I could just be the angle but her eye looks bulged out? Do you happen to know her weight as well?

Do you use any multivitamin?
Are you sure that solar glo light does provide uvb as well? I think I read it here on the forum that they not necessarily do.

Ill look into getting a compact one the solar glo was the one they used for her at the pet store she was fine I do use a multi vitamin but only once a months hours I give her more?

Multi you can give twice a month as well.
Unfortunately products what petstores use are not necessarily good. But make it sure and check it!
I personally don't like the 2 in 1 lights,'cause sometimes they like to just basking and sometimes "sunbathing". I read this here as well! :)
