sleep colors

So yesterday we moved our 3ish month old Nosy be into a larger set up and I've noticed that his sleeping colors went from a very light grey to a darker brown. He looks almost exactly like our 2 month old female ambilobe. during the day time he has been his usual light grey with a very subtle shade of green. Do you think that this change has anything to do with his recent move?

That's what I'm thinking... But during the daytime he doesn't show any signs of being stres.ed. Do you think temperature could be an issue ? He is a little bit further from the heat lamp than he was. Or he could be catching a breeze being higher up in general

I don't think he's necessarily stressed, he's just not ready to totally relax. Every time I've moved a chameleon, it's slept weird for a few days. One slept on the floor for the first night, you can imagine how that freaked me out.

lol thats good news I just got my baby panther in today and he was slepping on the side of a wax leaf holding on to it and was pale yellow, it scared me for a bit until I realized he was just sleeping. He is constantly changing shades I didnt know they could change that much, I guess Im just use to seeing the veild chameleons.
