Skin question

I noticed one of Sprinkles’ scales doesn’t look right. It was like this before his shed and after as well. Is there anything I should put on it/ what does it look like?

I was thinking maybe a cricket bite or something…a poke would do it too. I would say to leave it as is and monitor for any changes.
