Hi All,

Not been on the forum for a bit as busy restoring our 1966 VW Camper van.

Did eventually find the time to get Simba's new adult enclosure tho:

Then a couple of days ago, got the time to kit it all out and move him in :D

Hope you like:

Looks rather tropical doesn't it??

Got rid of the Habba THING, and got a trusty Little Dripper, currently dripping at a rate of 1 drop every 5 secs. Haven't seen him drink yet tho

Runs down his fake plant and onto the Ficus underneath.

I've drilled a few holes in the bottom panel, which are underneath the plant pots for the water to drain out into the tray underneath, keepin the floor dry ;)

And finally, here is the little man...which he literally is now...looks tiny again in his new enclosure. Hiding in the foliage the whole time :D I have seen him having a good explore so I think he approves.

I'm waiting to catch him up on his vines to get a good pic of him for you all to see, as over the past couple of days, he's developed some gorgeous reds around his face!!!

A little stunner!!

I just love standing at the door and takin in that view.

Hopefully won't be long until he's big enough to see from the door too :D

He is looking gorgeous! Well done with that big boy cage, it looks great! You may need to make the dripper drip faster for him to notice it though.

Thanks Tiff. Yeah I had to speed it up as later on it had slowed right down. Now at a rate of a drip every couple of seconds.
Means I have to empty the drainage tray twice a day, but I've just made that part of my routine now. A deeper tray will probs help, so I'll only need to empty it once a day.

He seems to like it. Hoping to get a Hibiscus soon for him too. :D

I read somewhere to start the dripper off faster as the more it empties the slower it drips. I made my own and they can be very temperamental, lol!
