Silkworm ?????

I got my first cup of silkworms on Friday. They are tiny, I mean tiny. I thought I had an empty cup at first. Well I set the cup upside down on a grate where I put my hornworms. Now the food has fallen away from the top of the cup not much but enough that the tiny worms have crawled up there and all up against the side of the cup.

I am afraid they will get too big to get down or they will get trapped, or wont get enough air.

I don't have anything else to put them in if I take the cup apart. I am not sure what to do with them. I can't get them out without destroying the cup.

They are too little to feed off now but I know they grow very fast.

Any suggestions?

I never keep them in the cups. If you click the link to the silk worm guide in my signature you will see pictures of the Tupperware set up I use. You can get the Tupperware very cheap, if you don't want to hot glue screen to the top, you could get a taller one and leave the lid off, I haven't ever left the lid off as they tend to climb up the sides when the food dries out but if you keep the food coming they will stay put.,

I would put the bulk of the food in the frig in a Tupperware and only feed a small amount at a time.
