Shipping for reptizoo

Has anyone ordered an enclosure from reptizoo? I ordered a 2x2x4 for my cham and its been a week and they haven't shipped it. I'm anxious to get her into the right size cage, and wondering if its normal for shipping to take this long.

Ok so I can't figure out how to delete this but I bothered reptizoo about it and it should ship in the next few business days.

Currently going through it with ReptiZoo...smh

First ordered their 2x2x4 cage on amazon. Came in with broken front panel. Returned it, and bough tit from their Actual site, took 8 days to come in, and when it did it came in with MORE damage, broken top screen and a dented in side screen that left a gapping hole. This is the 4th after sending an email with pictures day and still no resolution. The customer service sucks, they will send you 1 email A DAY, and its always over night/early morning between 1am and 5am

It is a far better cage then the reptizoo.
