I can't see any shed on the picture myself but that could be just my eyesight. You could try spraying the area directly when you mist with warm water and see how it goes. She might hate it and be sure to hold the spray at a distance so it's not too powerful when hitting her. If she'll allow you to you could wet the area and gently pull the skin to see if it will come off but don't pull if there is resistnace, or use a wet q-tip and gently rub the area and it might come off. I know there's stuff called shed aid but I've never used it myself so don't know if it's woth bying. For now I would personally just keep humidity high soak the area when misting and leave it for a few days then try removing it yourself if it doesnt work.
