she ate and question

Stickers ate a worm out of the cup and i missed it LOL I have a little cup hanging in the cage i added veggies and 2 worms. I have been force feeding her daily and today i saw her by the cup and when i looked in a worm was gone and some of the veggies too!
I wanted to see her eat so i can see if her tongue works Lol I am just so happy that she ate on her own! crossing my fingers she continues.

Now how much should a female 10-12m Veiled old eat?

If they are healthy and of a good weight 6 to 8 appropriate size feeders every two to three days. I feed all my healthy adult chams 3 times a week.

You could probably feed her the equivalent of 3-4 crickets a day.
