Sex and Welfare of Senegal Cham?

This is Skittles. Does Skittles look Healthy to you? I Rescued him/her about a month ago and I also wanted to know the sex possibly? He/she is a Senegal any info would help!!

well I don't see a Hemipenal Bulge males have

By me looking at the pictures It looks female but I could be wrong if "she going by my assumption is WC" I would treat her for paracites to make sure shes top of the line healthy

s/he has one weird looking bump on his/her back. It kinda looks like a pimple.

I'm bringing him/her to the vet may 6th

Only a few species have the telltale tarsal spurs for sexing and the Senegal Chameleons aren’t one of them. That said this is a female and you can tell by the lack of the hemipenal bulge. I think she looks okay for a wild caught animal. There are some scars and scratches left on her head but those will heal up and come of with subsequent sheds; you don’t need to do anything for them unless they start getting worse. The pimple could be a gamut of things so I won’t hazard a guess on that but having it checked by a vet is wise. Also bring a fresh poop sample to the appointment so the technicians can check for internal parasites. In the meantime give her lots of water, it helps to flush their system and if you live in an area that is warm, some outside time in the real sun will also help. If you do take her outside make sure her cage is escape and predator proof!
