Hello!
Welcome to CF!
I am not familiar with your weather over there.
What is your lowest, and highest temp?
Chameleons can be kept anywhere in the world(or the universe) if you can provide them with the basics they need to live.
All chameleons are different, so one species my be more suited to your region than another.
In general, all chameleons need:
Fresh air
A tree(or similar)
Heat. (70ish-90ish during the day, no lower than 50F at nite.)
UVB Radiation(from the sun, or a UVB lamp)
A ready supply of nutritious feeder insects.
Water. Dripped continuisly during the day. Misted, at least 3 times a day.

Chameleons are not "hard" to keep. They can be expensive, and demanding. If you are able to be devoted to the chameleon, it will do well. Ask any questions you may have.
