Scratching feet against vine after misting?

Hey Everyone,
My chameleon, after misting, has been rubbing/scratching her feet against the vine she's on after misting, she never does it any other time, is that normal? Also, she seems to stay at the top of her cage under the sunlight for the majority of the day, is that normal, and how can we get her moving a little more?
