Its harder to get into the programs from what I was told by my vet, who was also my teacher, and gods gift to anything cold blooded or eating hay. Everyone wants to be a vet, especially equine, where I am from anyways. People are always dieing and getting diseases at an increasing rate, more so now with all the baby boom generation developing cancers and all of the fat people getting type 2 diabetes from the everlasting mc donalds freedom fries. There is more money involved with MDs. A new doctor makes what? $100k starting, while a vet makes like $50k? It might take longer to become an MD, but I think its defiantly harder to become a Vet, a vet that actually practices with multiple specialties. Most MDs do stuff like babies, or cancer, or ears and nose, or something like that. Where most vets can cover hundreds of species of animals, and the good ones take pride in their specialties and excel in discovery science and innovation to preserve the natural life that exists on earth. I don't like humans much. My wife is an exception, but im pretty sure she is an alien, disguised as the most amazing person in the world, waiting for the opportune moment to call the mother ship and abduct me for some kind of probe testing. but what do i know. im just a goat. fml.
