Just trying to introduce myself.

I recently got a veiled chameleon about a month ago. I actually picked it up because my daughter wanted a lizard. And a little over a week ago I got a panther chameleon.

They are housed separately inside reptibreeze enclosers.

Hello and welcome to the forums. Do you supplement with calcium and use a uvb bulb and a basking bulb? The reason why I am asking is because it looks like your Veild might have a condition called Metabolic Bone Disease. He looks to have an extra joint in his arm. It could be the pic itself but I don't know. Could you post some more pics please?

Welcome to the forums, glad you found us!
I agree with Carol's statement about MBD. It does look a little disjointed. More pictures would be appreciated :)

She does have it. It sucks she had it when I got her.it dosnt impair any movement or anything else. Also she is gravid.

I have calcium without d3 every feeding, with d3 ever other week. And multi vitamin once a month. UVB light. 75w heat light about 6 inches above cage keeps basking area around 90ish give or take a few degrees. Lowest temp in cage is around 75 at the very bottom. Humidity is around 60. I have a a couple live plants.. she likes the hibiscus. Since I have both cages next to each other I have a black drop cloth between so they cant see each other.

Sounds like you have a good grasp of chameleon husbandry! Keep it up :)
