Safe insects to feed?

I saw that on the care topics it says stink bugs. Is this The Stinkbug or any insect from Pentatomidae?

I have a juvenile male veiled if this makes a difference.

I was freeranging a male panther chameleon outside and saw him eat several stink bugs, I beleive they are more distasteful than toxic.

I think the same. My bearded dragons snap them up like candy. They will happily fill up on them daily if they are available. Some other lizards I have will eat one occasionally but then no more. My chameleons will eat them, but if they have several in one go they often go off feed for a few days.

One of my Female Parson's loves superworm beetles, they really stink.

Yea I was thinking that stink bugs were referring to what everyone traditionally refers to as a stink bug. But with insects there is a "stink bug" family. There are different types of insects in this family (they don't all look alike). I was wondering if all of them would be safe.

On that note there are many Hemipterans (stop me if I am losing any of you haha) in the wild where chameleons live. Do any of you know if the ones in the southern area of USA are safe?

Would any insect be safe or are there some that are toxic to veiled chameleons?
