They could, and might, but there really is no point to feeding it. Feed it to your crickets with a combo of even better vitamin filled veggies and fruits.
As stated, there is no nutritional value to romaine lettuce. If you want your veiled to eat some vegetable matter put a potho or hibiscus tree in there. My veileds love these and have a lot higher vitamin content than romaine. I dont even feed the romaine to my crickets.
Being a dark green leafy plant, Romaine does have nutritional value. If you eat the 'heart' or iceburg lettuce then it doesn't have any nutritional value, but the dark outside leaves do.
Yep, romaine does have some nutritional value. I feed it to mine along with dandelion greens and arugula. It's ice burg lettuce that I've read has no nutrition.
