Do chameleons eat romaine HEARTS? I have heard they do eat romaine LETTUCE but what about hearts? Are they the same? Please respond soon! :3

What type of chameleon are you talking about? I hope you are not thinking of lettuce as an alternative staple. Crickets or roaches should be the main item your chameleon eats.

some do - not much difference between the outter and inner leaves, from a chameleon's perspective. May be more nutrients in the darker outter leaves.

a Variety of Insects should be the vast majority of what the chameleon eats. Not necessarily crickets or roaches.
