RI on Doxycycline

My 6 month old female has pneumonia and I was prescribed Doxycycline. It's been 6 days now. It seems like it has helped a little but the problem is she is no longer eating. The 2 times she has tried to eat she threw up. Anyone have experience with Doxycycline? I'm considering switching to Baytril but wanted some feedback from anyone who's used Doxycycline or had similar experiences. Thanks

Doxycycline can be tough on the upper GI tract, even for humans.

Another concern of mine is she will not eat anything. I do not know what to do it's been 4 days of no eating. She is drinking and I shower her twice a week but won't eat a thing

She can can weak from not eating and diarrhea, so I would consider changing drugs.
