Restless veiled

I have a 5 month old female veiled and today she seems very restless. She has been climbing on the screen, hanging from the top and doing skydives into her ficus, crawling on the bottom, and sitting with her mouth open a bit. She has been drinking water and eating well. We did move her cage to the other side of the room yesterday but not sure if this is why. Could it be that she is wanting to breed already?

She could be developing eggs. Do you have a laying bin in her cage? I am not an expert but that's the usual case when they are going back and forth and are at the bottom. But hopefully someone else posts links on how to make them but I don't know if that's the problem so hopefully an expert or someone can confirm that's what it is :)

she doesn't need to breed to have eggs if that is what you mean. She very well could have them now. Please post a pic of her and maybe we can tell for you.

Not sure if I did this right but I tried to attach a pic. She got a bit mad when I took it, and the pic went sideways for some reason.:(

Second try.

I love that video, esp the fast motion digging is so funny :D

If I didnt have my hands full with so much work already, I would love to get into breeding.

She either has to lay, or is looking for a male.

they do get restless sometimes when they need to breed.
