Reptile Carpet

So i want to buy reptile carpet from Pets Mart after my girl finishes shedding. It is Zoo Med brand. Has anybody used this and if so, ideas? It also claims to be washable and reusable. Thoughts on that?

Pretty much pointless.
It would work, but you're going to have to watch it at least every few days.
Just use newspaper or paper towel, it's the easiest.

Also, repticarpet makes it seem like your Cham is in a tank? :(

I use it and it is washable. It's fabulous for my cham that doesn't drink in his cage because I don't have to worry about it getting wet (he will only drink in his outdoor cage). I still wash it periodically. But if you can't wash it very regularly then it is just a breeding ground for bacteria and mold. If you don't have the time to be really vigilant about keeping it dry and clean then don't waste your money and just leave the cage bare on the bottom. A mistking or other good hydration system will render the carpet a bad idea because it will always retain moisture. Most people on here prefer nothing on the bottom of the cage.

thank you PSI and Ferret. And yes, Psi, unfortunately i do have a glass exo terra enclosure. i made a mistake when i first got my enclosure and have been learning since. She does not seem to mind it though it is small, and in my opinion, severely inadequate. However, she seems as happy in there as she does on a tree outdoors. She has been living in it for close to a year. I am going to wait until around Christmas (that will be a year) until i get my mind set on interior design, and after i have decided on screen enclosure company and size. I'm on a 15 year old's budget.
