Regal Jumper slings

So, as some of you know, I lost Ethel Webster (my female regal jumping spider) a week ago and she left me her legacy of possibly hundreds of slings (spiderlings) to care for! Here's a video of the cute l'il buggers - they should be leaving the nest any day now. I'm so excited about this! At first I was scared as I'd barely got used to having Ethel around before she laid an egg sac. I since got another pair (Bella & Buster) and they are doing fine. I can't wait to watch these grow! :D

One of the babies at the edge of the nest yesterday. I wish they'd hurry up and disperse now. I hate waiting!
