Red bulge repeatedly sticks out Panthers bottom

My 6 month old Ambanja Panther stuck out what I read on your forums to be hemipenis??? But he has done so repeatedly so I am concerned it is what I read to be prolapse? Althougg he appears to be able to control it because when I walk over he sucks it back in. I was finally able to capture a picture of him. He has also recently reached maturity and received his colors so anyone know if his behavior is normal?????

Does he do it when pooping, and does it stay out a few minutes or are we talking out and back end? The time it is considered a prolapsed is when he doesn't/can't pull it right back in.

Every time I see him do it I walk over and he sucks it back it so its been hard to get a picture which I guess means he controls it. No, never seen him poop during it. Thanks for help!

At his age he is most likely just flashing the family jewels But i would keep a eye on him and make sure he isn't working up to a problem.
