those are nice! i just want something less costly because it is my first chameleon

There’s several grow bulbs to choose from. I’ve no idea which would work with hibiscus. I would just suggest avoiding the ones with colored lights...I think (not positive) they are bad for cham eyes.

Wow. Plant lights have changed a lot. The Missus still uses T12 fluorescent tubes! ?

Correct bad.

You want "Daylight White" or some such. Doesnt have to say plant light. I woild go for higher wattage as well. High wattage in thag form factor LED.

Yep, I would try to get as high of wattage as you can though. Thats a 10w bulb, so still pretty low.

Ignore the "Equivalent" part, look at the real wattage and get the highest you can.

the highest i found is 73w usage should that be okay? edit: these are halogen not LED

i found a grow light LED (balanced light spectrum) 32watts and a soft white 15 watt led bulb

just a little update with the grow bulb it’s very bright! going to include a mossy vine for more walk room and i think i’m done!
