Reccomendations for T5 uvb fixtures?

Does anyone know of a good (preferably reasonably priced) fixture that can be used for the Zoo Med T5 linear uvb bulb?

There are quite a few, many (different "brands") of which are made in the same factory in China.
However, read this first:

There's a list of brands on page 7.
As long as you get one with a good reflector, they're good fixtures.
