Re homing Rebel

I am super sad to say this but I am thinking about re homing Rebel. My life has gotten to the point to where I am worried that I am unable to give him the care he deserves and requires. I am away from home for 10 hours a day except on weekends. With working full time, being a single mother, and all the things I need to do around the house I seem to run out of time for Rebel and I feel it is unfair to him. Hes not the friendliest veiled but he is super healthy and never refuses food and drinks really well. I am not sure of his age but I think he is around 1. I do not want to let him go to just anyone and I don't want to put him through shipping.

Not sure what to do. I have wanted a chameleon since I was a young girl but I don't want my wants to come ahead of whet Rebel needs... Super hard decision..:(

I recommend you keep him if you can. It's really hard to find a really good home for a veiled. If you find it neccessary that you have to let him go let me know and I'll try to help you place him.

Hopefully you can keep him, and if not find him a very good home. I'm in the opposite boat..someone asked me to adopt their chameleon and he does have a tongue issues. He is so sweet and I have watched him for a week before. His owner has a lot going on and wants a really good home for him. I just don't know because I have everything set up in two's for my two boys.

It just takes a lot of thought to make the best choice. Only you can decide what's best. Thankfully jann can help you as well.
