R-zilla red heat bulb????

I just got red r-zilla heat bulb, anybody ever use one of these?.Are they the same as the the normal colored one?.I do know its red so you can use it for night and day if you need to, but the red color will not harm my cham?

You don't want to use red lamps, period. They aren't natural and chameleons will still see light from the lamp at night. If the temps in your room where the cham is drop too low at night, use a ceramic heater or heat projector from ReptileUV.com.

You don't want any lights on at night. They can see the light from a red lamp.

i wonder if the normal house bulbs will work???

they get pretty hot.

Yes, normal incandescent house bulbs will work.

For the night time stick with the Ceramic heat bulbs. The red or the blue is bad, they will disturb your chameleon at night.
