R Zilla combo light fixture - Halogen ?

I have saw this new product around and was curious to know if this is a good choice for panther chameleons. It would certainly clean up the tops of the enclosures. The lights are halogen and can be pointed in any direction. You can get a day blue and a moon glow and a heat light and it also holds a UVB 5.0. So 4 lights in total in 1 hood. IT also has switches to turn off the moon glow and heat glow so you can just use the UVB and the day glow. Sounds great, I just am not sure. It also has a built in timer...which is a great feature.

My input is to never buy anything R-Zilla....... but.. thats just me.

I would stick with the Zoo Med Reptisun. it works so well for so many people... it must work pretty well.

good call....it seems pretty efficient, I just have no experience w/ it and have heard nothing of it. I saw it at the store and thought it seemed like a great set up....who knows.

I have the same fixture for a couple bufo's I haveand its automatic timer broke, so I need to turn it on and off manually now. It just stopped working after some time, I haven't tried to fix it yet but word to the wise.

R-Zilla makes a lot of cheap things that are really bad and there products costs a lot of money. IMAP

adamb-I have one of the cages you're talking about. Its not bad considering what I paid. The door doesnt close properly and the latches aren't the best, but for $18 it wasn't a bad deal. I would reccomend buying something else if you have to pay full price.
