He was found dead in his home by his wife this morning.

For those of you who dont know him, he was that crazy guy who sold Oxy Clean among other "As Seen on TV" things. He also had a TV show on the discovery channel called Pitchmen

Whats up with all these famous people dieing recently?
 
I thought this was a joke thread until I clicked it.

Billy Mays is the freaking man. My favorite show pitchmen, now what will I watch?!
 
Yea when my friend texted me the new i was like , yea right this is a joke, but nope, its for realz.

Geez, this needs to stop. All Celebs need to lock themselves in a padded room for a couple of weeks.

Sully (sp?) Just became a very rich man.
 
Something is in Hollywood water. I won't miss him waking me up at 2am for Oxyclean, however.
 
I guess heart disease is the cause of death. First MJ with the heart now Billy.

What's the lesson here? If you're a Celeberty you better be a health nut!
 
DAMN did anyone watch the last episode of Pitchmen? The remembering Billy episode? Really good!
 
Yeah I saw it. I haven't missed an episode. They were running the crap out of Billy's 2 min commercials this weekend on the chiller channel. Saw the arm tool holder commercial for the first time. The one they did a show about. *hangs head in shame* I ordered one.

I went into bed bath and beyond on Saturday and man there is Billy Mays products everywhere in that store :) I bought 2 the burger grill and Mighty Mendit :)
 
That's pretty cool. If you watch the show. Billy insists on selling his products for 19.99. He's pretty adamant about it.

Oh yeah. I've met Billy in person in 2007 and 2008 before the show was on the air and man ever since meeting him his personality had me hooked.
