Quilted Panther Chameleon Art

This is my wall hanging that I just finished. Thought I would show it off to people who would appreciate it.
My Panther, Rainbow Man was my model.
It is a cut away technique, the black is a solid piece of fabric and the colors are placed behind and fused in place then free motion quilted around.

Cool! I've only ever tried applique (and not very much of that); that cut-away technique looks neat.

That's great. My mom does hand quilting and I was going to have her do a chameleon quilt and we auction it off for a chameleon rescue group.
