I have 2 Senegal chams and one has been searching the bottom of her cage for the last 2 days. When she is in the plants her color is the normal bright green but when on the bottom she is dark olive color. Dose this mean she is looking for a place to lay eggs? Looking for food? Or is this just normal behavior? I feed them 3 calicum dusted crickets 5 times a week skipping a feeding every few days. Any ideas why she maybe doing this?

Hi, welcome to the board. I don't know about that type of chameleon, so don't want to offer any theories. However you might want to start a thread in the HEALTH CLINIC.

You should include the information in the "How To Ask For Help" post in your question.

Just copy the questions in that post, paste them into your reply box and add your information. Be as detailed as possible. "Fecal Description" means what does the poop look like. Please do not say "normal" because you and I may have different ideas of what "normal" is.
