Quick concern...

so Rafiki sits with his mouth open a lot. is that a good thing? ( like shown in the picture the picture)
i kind of feel stupid asking but with his history i am just doing everything i can to keep him as healthy as possible. thanks

also living in florida there are more mosquitos than population is he safe to sleep outside- his enclosure is tight mesh but i have found one or to tiny tiny mosquitos that have gotten thru- or a spider from time t time- is that alright? weather now is perfect- at night it never goes below like 70- any advice???

if he is only doing it while in basking spot AND the temp is below 100 degrees in the that spot, your ok.

my chamy is lazy and would rather just open his mouth while basking to cool off than get up and move outa the spot.

but if he is doing it out of his basking spot, your ambient temps are too high.
kinda like a dog pants to cool down, chamys open their mouths.
