quick question guys can i put two adult oustalets chameleons together in the same cage??

No. They will get too stressed, and fight. One Chameleon per cage unless it's a pygmy Chameleon.

The short answer would be no.... No chams are truly communal... Most hate each other at the best of times and will only tolerate the presence of another to mate. Then back to the single life! lol
