Question about the eggs?

Ha. This is not funny right now. Haha. Any advice from anyone would be greatly appreciated. I need to know:

1. The best way to house 41 veiled chameleons. Try to save me money too.
2. I have a 4ft lamp to hold a UVB bulb. Should I get zoomed 5.0 or something stronger?
3. Food, food, and some more food. How many pinhead crickets should I purchase for about a months worth? I am also going to buy fruitflies (hydei). I am going to get the kit on this site http://www.flygrowers.com/servlet/the-55/Hydei-Culture-kit%2C-culture/Detail what do you think about the kit? Is it worth it? Will it get me started to produce more very fast? I only need the fruit flies for these eggs so will it be better to get a smaller kit or is this one good. I only need the fruitflies for the time they are interested in them.
4. My house temp is 70F constantly. Will I need a heat lamp to provide a gradient for the newborns? What heat lamp do you recommend? How hot should the basking spot be? 80-85?
5. Any other information that I should know.

All advice will be helpful and useful to me. This is my first time raising newborns so I appreciate your help. Thank you.

HA i didnt know they were veild eggs ahah i musta miss read i thought you had panthers eggs , iv personally bred and hatched two batchs of 40 eggs from my female veild shes a european so she tosed some nice colours to so i had to breed her ahah not really just thought shed better this planet with her beautiful young , but i use the second biggest exo terra tanks i have two of them they are 18'' by 18'' by 24'' high and they work perfect for the lil guys , i also use live plants the umbrella plant so the humidty stays up , and i use that spanish moss you get from exo terra to you can buy it at any pet store and i place the bottom of it in a dixie cup cut in half and dangle the moss over the vine near the middle of the tank and into the bottom of the cut dixie cup and i dump the baby crickets into the cut cup and the crixs climb up the moss right to the babies and they start to establish where there food comes from the spanish moss , its just perfect for feeding the small crickets can climb up it right to your baby and all your baby does is toss his tounge and there laughing ahah but you wiill have to do this for a good 2 or 3 weeks until they establish where the food is but hope this helps you out some
