New to the forums, like to say hi.
I've got a question concerning the size and weight of veiled chameleons relative to their age.
I picked up a female from Chameleon Nation at the September Mississauga Expo. She's about 3-3.5 months old I believe. As of today she weighs in at 13.8g before feeding and is about 2.5"-3" STV. Eating about 6-8 1/2" crickets a day and gets the occasional wax worm if she's still awake when I get back from my university classes. (2-3 a week).
I was wondering how her size compares to what would normally be expected for one that age. 3 weeks ago she was 8.6g, she's been hissy at me until today, hence the weigh in.
I might post some pics tomorrow, but I've got midterms until 10pm, meaning I won't get home until 11:30
