Hey...
So... I went to buy some plants..
photos and shefera... (they both look GREAT)
I just have a question.... There isnt a place here in town that sells organic plants.... So, I want to make sure they are free from pesticides..
Ive been washing the leafs for about a week, just with water....
What else should I do to make sure they are already free from pesticides?
And how long should I wait?

Soak the plant its self with soapy water, spray it off, and let it dry out in the sun for a while. Like roots and everything, just take the whole thing out and soak it than spray it off and replant it in organic soil and let it dry. And I would rinse it off a couple more times before putting it in the cage just to make sure. :D

When I got my plants from a place that used pesticides, I washed my plants with soap and water and rinsed extra well. I also replaced the soil with fine organic soil and I put them right in the cage and I didn't have any problems. My panther doesn't chew on plants though, I don't know if that would affect how long you would wait.
