I put my chams' timers forward an hour last night. I'm not sure how much difference it makes to them. They tend to sleep when it gets dark and wake when it gets light anyway! I haven't noticed any unusual behaviour which would suggest it affects them at all. When I had my first cham I worried about it, but I was being a new chamele-Mum.
