Purple Plants?!?

Are there any safe plants I could use that have purple leaves?(not purple flowers)

I forget the scientific name of them, however african violets! The leaves aren't purple, but they're colorful and the flowers are purple The only downside is that you have to watch that you don't get them too wet... the flowers don't like that

Which leads me to the assumption that they don't do well in chameleon enclosures. Mine seem to be doing OK though!
