She is slowly getting used to me. I've been reading many many helpful hints onhere about how to handle them and slowly gain trust. It's definitely a long process. I've had this babe just over a month now. :p
P. S. Please excuse the mess!!

Such a pretty little girl. Keep working with her and she will come around.
Just curious of your opinion, I was told she was about 4 months when I got her, so 5 now? Does that look about right to you? I keep trying to make her older but following other posts, I'm not sure now!!

My girl actually got tricked into eating a blueberry today. I tossed one in with her feeders this morning and after being grumpy yesterday because it was her day without food....she gobbled it up with her worms!!!:ROFLMAO:

Lol! Did she seem to like it? Have you tried another one? I'm curious if she'd go for another one...

Unfortunately I wasn't watching when she ate it....but it was so juicy it squirted on the cup but the rest was eaten...I will try again on Sunday to see what happens and try to watch next time.

Haha! I bet little Fiona secretly loved it. I've tried strawberries from my little balcony garden with Chloe but so far she's not having it. She did chew on a hibiscus flower I put in there last week tho.

I haven't tried butter worms yet, but am thinking about ordering some Phoenix worms. Coco loves hornworms. The second she sees them they're gone. I need to order more of those too lol!

I have one set up. She actually likes to sit in the (fake) cherry blossom plant that I have in the bin but has never actually gotten into it to dig or investigate.
This is what I was talking about...@jannb

Who's Coco? Fiona loves phoenix worms when I let them turn into black soldier flies. I just recently bought butter worms from Mulberry Farms....they had some on special if you bought 5 of certain insect cont. You got them for $5 each. I stocked up since I will be leaving for a month and have someone from CF willing to watch her for me. I aso found a mini refrigerator on Craigslist for super reasonable to keep all my feeders that need to be kept cool. Hubby was NOT impressed when I had worms in our refrigerator.

Coco is Chloe(my nickname for her)... I'm about to order a variety of works for her. I hope Fiona does well with her keeper, no doubt he's a pro.... :)

Yes...I have had wonderful responses about him from other members and he lives in a city not far from me. I am going to meet him in person before we leave. I am so happy he agreed to watch her.
