My moms veiled chameleon willow is just over one year old. About 13 weeks ago we took her to the vet and he said she was ready to lay eggs. She was given privacy and a proper lay box. A few weekz later she started acting normal again but never laid any eggs so i was told it was possible she absorbed them.then about 3 weeks ago she started showing signs of laying again.(pacing.bloated bellu) she was again given privacy and a lay box and she still hasnt layed.shes losing weight and refusing to drink. I dont know what to do

Here is a good blog to read. I'd suggest doing the big trash can method, where you fill a trash can with laying substrate (sand, soil, etc.) and try that for a day or two. If she doesn't lay by herself you'll need to bring get to the vet for an oxytocin shot so she'll hopefully deliver the eggs. Otherwise she could die from being eggbound. Surgery to remove the eggs can also be an option as well.

Welcome to the forums. I'm sorry to hear about your girl. I recommend another vet visit and and x-ray to see if there's eggs and if she's egg bound.
