Possible uri panther

This is the same panther that i thought might have gular edema. All the info is in the post "help with gular edema".

He's looking worse and im starting to think that its not gular edema, but possibly a uri. His eyes seem to be fine now, but he doesnt open them. Hes hungry, because he ate the phoenix worms I offered, but he seems too lethargic to chase down crickets. his neck is thinner in the morning and seems to swell up a lot after drinking water. he doesnt have any mucus in his mouth, which is the only reason I didnt think it was a uri.

I am seriously considering putting him on batryl.
what do you guys think??

the info was on the other post, but ill put it on this one.

Cage : 1 X 1.5 X 2 Screen
Water : sprayed down about 3 times daily
Lighting : reptisun 5.0 and 60w heat bulb...both about 5in from basking spots
Branches : fake vines with fake foliage
Substrate: grass mat
Temperature 94basking to 80 during the day and 76-73 at night
Supplements: Herptivite , Rep Cal D3 and rep cal
Food: fluckers gutloaded crickets and occasionally phoenix worms. he was eating about 4 crickets a day, but its gone down.
Location: on the floor (currently the only space for him) no traffic at all

Your Chameleon - Ambanja Panther, male, less than a year old (about 4 in from snout to vent). Just took this panther in about 2 months ago.
Handling - Recently ive been taking him out every day to check on him and have him open his eyes.
Fecal Description - Occasionally has a little bit of orange in his urate. was treated with panacur

He is very bright when in the cage and seems to darken a bit when I take him out.
There are pictures of his neck and his coloring in the cage on the other post. "help with gular edema"

He doesnt show any signs of a respiratory infection, besides his neck. His neck swells more when he drinks.

I took this guy in, because the last owner gave up on him. I was really hoping I could help him. I really dont have the cash to spend on a vet, plus ive had terrible experiences with reptile vets. Im in florida.

today his feces has a little more orange than normal, but his neck is less swollen when I water him less. It also had a little mucus covering on it.

try to find a bet that will let you do separate bill payments, its hard to find but there are some out there. Good luck
