Is it a Cfl bulb or a linear tube bulb? If its a cfl , ditch that asap and get a tube 5.0 reptisun. You prob need to drop that basking light down to a 60 watt. It sounds like your cooking him. Also you feed 10 crix 3 times a day? If so thats way too much food. 8-10 approp sized crix a day is the norm.

You might want to consider a vet visit....I'm not familiar with baby chameleons but I know that babies of just about any animal are more fragile and subject to difficulties.

Regardless of all other issues, hydration is critical.

I note you say he had been drinking from a bowl. That's rare in chameleons. I'm not saying he won't continue to do it, but it seems possible to me that the older he gets the more "chameleon" like he'll be (babies can't really afford to be choosy....adult chameleons seem to be very choosy on water issues). I would suggest you get a drip system going and consider a warm shower (there are instructions all over the place here...but if you have a low flow shower head like I do, I think even your baby could stand that fine mist ).

Normally adult chameleons prefer (insist on...will maybe choose to die without) "moving fresh water"...that means water dripping from the sky onto leaves (and other stuff) in the cage...they'll happily drink off the vines, the cage and all sorts of stuff, but they want to believe it's rain.

I really think you need to get some sort of fake natural rain situation happening for your baby....once he's better hydrated, you'll be able to deal with the other issues which have been mentioned here more easily. You'll be amazed at how much better your chameleon looks once you solve this problem for him.

Eyes being closed are never a good thing. Look for an experienced vet around you and take him in.

For 3 months old, the basking spot should be right around 80 degrees. Does the calcium you use contain D3? You need to have calcium with D3, calcium without D3, and also a multivitamin.
