Please pray for my aunt. She was just life flighted to the hospital. She fell off a ladder and shattered both wrists and has a head/neck injury. and maybe her back too. I'm freaking out so bad and nobody is telling me anything. I'm so freaked out right now.....

Thank you everyone. The ladder was 16ft up

They are gonna set what they can of her wrists right now, and then she will need surgery to reconstruct them.

She has a huge hematoma on her face/head. And they said she has a brain injury, and she is having back spasms, so they're thinking she ruptured at least 1 vertebrae Doing tests and scans now Wish I could be there for her...

Update

She had to have surgery to reconstruct her arms. Both radiuses broken, one in six places, one in three, wrists are completely shattered. Only will gain 80% useage back
She sounds awful.... 2 black eyes and a huge hematoma on her head/ face and a concussion....and all that is considered lucky....

Very lucky! If she didn't sacrifice her arms she may not be here now.. someone was looking over her and i wish her a full recovery

I'm so sorry to hear about your aunt squeekz. I went thru the exact same thing with my uncle this past spring, he pulled thru good. So I'm praying for your aunt to do the same! I'm a very visual person as well so I completely understand how you can "see" how the whole thing happened in your head its terrifying. Best of wishes to you and your whole family!!

Rest assured that for her it all happened so fast she won't have had much time to be scared or feel hurt. Chams are the really visual creatures round here - I'm a much better listener than a looker myself. I guess that might make it easier for you to understand chameleons! Also it probably makes it easier for us to misunderstand each other.....
I hope her recovery is not too difficult, how old is she? Anything under 60 and there shouldn't really be any complications now she's been treated. Much over 60 and it's maybe about time she stopped climbing so high!

Yeah, she was sent home a few hours ago. Yeah, and the concussion is hopefully a blessing so that she doesnt remember it. Yeah, chams can see everything. I listen, an dthen i see whatever is being talked about in my head, its awesome when reading/being told stories, but horrible with trauma. I get chams pretty well, well pretty much any animal. They are soo much easier than people. Yeah..Im not as good with people as animals..
Thanks, me too. She's old...like 57 i think? She really should stop climbing so high, lol, especially since we're klutzes. Lol.

Thank you! And im really glad about your uncles recovery. It is, and i cant turn it off but she is home just very broken. My cousins said she looks like she lost a fight with mike tyson. Poor dear
