Please help

I've had my Vail Chamaeleon female For about 3 weeks now and for the first two weeks she was fine and acting normal but for the last week she has had both her eyes closed for 8 days now and she don't eat I've had to forced feed her and water her for the last 8 days now and she says in the same spot all day like and never moves and when she does she is like reaching for nothing I just don't know what's wrong with her please help
