Please help I am posting pics of worms in my crickets food is this pinworms or what is it ?

Please if anyone knows what these are help I went to clean my crickets bin and this was in their i thought it was the cleaner beetle larva at first till i saw it has no legs

Look like fruit fly maggots to me, or similar.

Certainly could be! Lots of maggots and larvae are very similar. Doesn't look like any kind of "worm" to me though.

Could be phorid flies too.

I killed them with wipeout cleaner also i know the gnat looking flies are not phorid flies because they dont have the arched body
