sup!!! anyone know what kinds of plants the veileds like? i already have a philodundreon and i think he needs to get a taller place to hide.

There's a safe plant list on the left side of the site (live plants). I use Ficus, Schafflera and Pothos for my Veiled.

Philodendrons are actually considered toxic. You should probably remove them from your enclosure.

Instead of philodendrons, you would probably rather want to use Pothos (Devil's Ivy), botanic name Scindapsus aureus or Epipremnum aureum (same thing).

The link to that safe plant list that Jannb mentioned is: https://www.chameleonforums.com/plants/

thanks alot, at least ive only had the philodendron for a day. also ssry for the spelling. im gonna get the rubber tree today

Before you go out and do that, I think I should point out one more site:
Chamowners Web: Plants to Use and Not to Use
That site recommends AGAINST Ficus elastica (the Rubber Plant that I think you were referring to), stating that it is toxic (as does the plant list on this forum).
I know that Ficus Elastica was listed on the Bluebeast site, but one thing you should know about all these 'safe/toxic' plant lists on the web is that there is a lot of conflicting information.
Sometimes it's better just to steer clear of any plants the any site may have listed as toxic, until you get positive confirmation from an experienced keeper that they are ok to use.

You'll find that it is actually cheapest and easiest just to stick to the plants that are listed as safe on this forum.

I use Hibiscus (I've seen a few bite marks on it), camellia (tygerr recommended it on one of the threads so I tried it & I like it. Looks like a tree), pothos, ficus (which I wouldn't recommend if your cham LOVES to chomp on plants cuz of the sap)
