I was wondering if anyone else has expierence this, my plant never has time to dry out. I have my drainage right under the plant and my plant pot freely drains into it. Any ideas tips tricks? If needed I can post pictures if how it's set up but it's pretty strait forward. I also don't most I have a rain dome from Kevin I'm thinking that may be the problem and I might need to get somE mist nozzles from him.

You can help the plant dry out more by changing the potting soil to a mix that is fast draining (something used for succulents or cacti that has less organic matter that tends to absorb and hold water), using a unsealed clay pot instead of a plastic one (so the soil moisture can evaporate faster), and by enlarging the drain holes in the pot or adding pebbles to the bottom layer of soil.

Instead of changing your setup, just change the plant.

I have found Schaefflera does excellent in a constantly moist environment. So does Pothos.

Ficus, no way.
