Photo contest picture problem

I am trying to upload a pic to the photo contest gallery for March 2012.

I uploaded a photo, but then deleted it as I got a better one which fits the requirements better.

I then tried to upload that pic but it keeps uploading the original one I did, eventhough I'm selecting a different file?!?!?!?

Please help!
